Topageddon
Purchase Terms

These terms explain how purchases and virtual currency work in Topageddon. They supplement the Rusty Bolt Games Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Seller
Topageddon is operated by Rusty Bolt Games, LLC. Rusty Bolt Games is the seller for purchases made directly through the Topageddon website unless checkout clearly identifies another merchant of record.
2. Account required
A Topageddon account operated by Rusty Bolt Games is required to make and receive a purchase. Guest play remains available without an account. Purchases are delivered only to the authenticated account that started checkout.
3. Topageddon coins
A coin package grants the quantity displayed at checkout after payment is confirmed. Topageddon coins can be used only for eligible Topageddon content. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred between players or games.
Another Rusty Bolt game may offer a package with the same name, price, or quantity. This does not combine balances. Coins purchased for Topageddon remain in Topageddon; coins purchased for another Rusty Bolt game remain in that game.
4. Price and delivery
Checkout displays the real-money price, currency, taxes when available, and exact coin quantity before payment. Coins are normally delivered shortly after payment confirmation. If delivery fails, do not purchase the same package repeatedly; contact support with the transaction number.
5. Purchased and promotional coins
Purchased coins and free promotional coins may be tracked separately. Promotional coins, bonuses, gifts, and event rewards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. The game will not represent promotional coins as having been purchased.
6. Refunds
Direct purchases follow the Rusty Bolt Games Refund Policy. In general, unused purchased coins can be requested for refund within 14 days. Used coins are not refundable except where law requires otherwise. An approved refund removes the corresponding coins or items from the account.
7. Gameplay changes
Topageddon’s balance, tops, upgrades, modes, and other gameplay may change over time. A balance change does not entitle a player to a refund merely because an item or strategy becomes stronger or weaker. We will not reduce your purchased coin balance as part of a balance update.
8. Support
Include your Topageddon username, account email, purchase date, and transaction number.
